What is Soyas?

Soyas is a bilingual AI speaking partner. You speak naturally, Soyas listens, and you get feedback grounded in what you actually said — not textbook exercises.

Which languages does Soyas support?

Soyas currently supports English, Spanish, and French.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. All your data is permanently removed within 30 days. You can also email us at gary@soyas.ai and we will handle it for you.

Is my voice data stored?

Audio is processed in real time and is not stored after your session ends. Only session metadata (topic, duration, feedback) is saved to your account.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Email gary@soyas.ai with a short description and, if possible, a screenshot. We typically respond within one business day.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Soyas, and tap Cancel Subscription.
